Syncopated Games products are digital PDF downloads. An account is optional.

Email jackson@downbeat.games for help with a purchase. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name, and what happened.
Please leave out card numbers, passwords, and the private access token from your download link.
Download a paid purchase
After payment, download from the confirmation page or open the private order link in your receipt email. My orders also shows purchases available to your current browser or signed-in account.
If the email is missing, check spam or junk, then use Find a paid order on My orders to request fresh links at the email used for your purchase. Private emailed links expire after seven days; you can request new ones.
Save purchases to an optional account
Sign in with the same email you used at checkout and verify it. Matching paid purchases are added to your account library automatically. A different account email will not show those purchases.
Included files and bundles
Your order lists the PDFs included with your purchase, such as illustrated books, printer-friendly editions, item cards, maps, and handouts. A bundle includes the files for each included title. Titles already in your account library keep their downloads in their existing orders.
Free samples
Download free samples directly from their product pages. They do not need checkout, an email, or an account, and they do not create a paid order.
